I believe that decision should be left up to the Top/Dom. I prefer he do it...it ratchets up the excitement for me.

I agree with Wolfie, that the decision is up to the Top/spanker. For me it also depends on my partner and the specific situation at hand. (pun intended, of course  ) I like to pull them down, or off, when I want them off...'cause if I left it up to him, they'd be off before he even got near me.
Wolfie, that's quite the hot photo! It gives me ideas for the next time I take along the camera.

Hmmm...I actually don't HAVE to take my panties off if I don't want to. Which means, if for some strange reason I want to, I take them off myself. But trust me, that almost NEVER happens.

He has only taken them down himself 4 times. He normally makes me do it. And I don't have the nerve to tell him I remember the 4 spankings he took them down for better than ones where I took them down casue they were not as bad a spankings...it was just more significant that HE was in controla nd HE would be the one deciding how I was spanked when he did it. |

He always pulls them down. Actually...it's normally pajama bottoms, and not panties, because I'm virtually always spanked in bed at night.

Usually Jake makes me take them down in front of him which is really embarassing and I hate it, but occasionally, I get over his lap with just my panties on (after he has told me to take my jeans or pants off) and then he spanks me over the panties and then pulls him down when he is ready and then just continues to my dismay.

It depends one a lot of thing like what kind of spanking it is.
If it is BG I have to take of my pants and her takes my panties off at the end of the lecture across his lap.
If it is GG I usually am waiting for him in bed so I don't even bother to put them on.
It also depends on where we are.
If we are in public or have a crowd I have to take them off myself and that is really embarassing.
It can also depend on our moods.
Like if I'm bratting around just to get a spanking he will take down my pants and panties.

Wow... that's a good question. Usually it goes either-way. I guess it just depends on the situation like everyone else has said. If it's a bg I usually have to pull down at least my pants.. and he will pull down my panties. Although some times he will just tell me to take them off.. or he will take them off.
I always put my panties back on right after a spanking. I am not sure why, I just do....

Panties never go back on unless I'm told to. Because I have corner time after a BG spanking, I think he looks at what condition my butt is in . I say this becasue there have been times I standing in the corner and hewill say something like missed a spot and lay a few more where ever.

Mr. B usually takes them down when he is ready, BUT the few occassions when he made me take them down the process is absolutely excrutiating. I usually end up saying no way, I can't - which just get him counting and me in more trouble.

I had a disciplinarian that usually always took them down BUT if I was being insolent or brazen during a spanking, he would tell me to take them down. I would sometimes say "NO!" and he would take them down, send rapids to my behind, pull them back up and say "Want to rethink your answer?" Then I would normally do as I was told BUT there were times when I would make him do it twice before I would give in, depended on how much of a spanking I really wanted  or needed. |

Bill always tells me to take my panties down if I say no his answer is if I have to do it we WILL be here again tomorrow night as well do you really want that. Well, I generally get spanked at bedtime so I'm not usually wearing any. If I do get spanked in the daytime he sometimes tells me to take them down, sometimes does it himself, it depends on the mood he's in. He likes variety. |

If it's going to be a proper session then my husband normally takes them right off. If it's a quickie in the kitchen/living room/bathroom then they just get pulled down but still by him although he does sometimes do the 'wedgie' thing (which is a description that I really don't like). If they are keeping my trousers company round my ankles then afterwards he will walk away smiling to himself leaving me to pull everything back up, which is so undignified. If I had to do it myself I think pulling them down rather than off would be worse, it just underlines the nature of the naughtiness. Well, I never really thought about it he just sort of ordered me to strip the first time and so I did. Hmmm....I never thought about refusing....hmmm...that would be a bratty thing to do, wouldn't it?...

When I get a full fledged spanking, it's usually after a shower and I am told to go upstairs and bend over the bed -- naked of course.
