It appears that our resident switches need to be a bit more vocal and hopefully join in the cyberplay area. Guys, it seems the ladies are more into it than you are!!

I really consider myself mostly a top with some switch-ish tendencies.
With my wife, I really am mostly a top and she really is mostly a bottom. She does spank me occasionally, but its rarely what I'd consider a "scene" and usually due to my specifically asking for it (though she does occasionally surprise me). Its really just the physical spanking though, we don't get into anything beyond that like we do when I spank her (I'm talking the mental side of it and the D/s aspects).
I have one good friend who I used to switch with, which was interesting because she's mostly a bottom/sub too, but she did seem to enjoy spanking me. Whenever we used to play, we'd both end up going home sore afterwards. She and her husband (also a spanko) are still good friends and we get together fairly often...we used to all play together, but we don't much anymore for whatever reason.
I also have a good friend on the East Coast who I've probably had the truest "switch" relationship with. We knew each other solely online for the first probably 6-8 years, and for the first half or so, she was definitely a bottom and I was the top. One night, however, she mentioned being curious about switching and I told her I was too. When we finally met in R/L a couple years ago, we were both truly switches...she's vey much a switch in the truest sense of the word, and I'm much more of a switch with her than anyone else (she's the only person who's ever really "punished" me).

Well I am a switch but I enjoy giving spanking more than receiving one. I think as a switch you get to have more fun because you are more versatile and you get to be on both sides of the lap. You get to play with more people because you can play with a Top or a bottom. And when you are only a Top you do not get that lasting warm backside that may last for two days. Everytime you seat down for the next two days you are reminded of a wonderful time you had.And as a switch you can read a bottoms body language better because you have been there. |

Hi again, I think all Spanking is fun and positive and even sexy and erotic. OK, Why, because giving one as a man lets you be in close proximity to the female bottom and who can NOT like that, and even clothed bottoms are sexy, bare ones are yummy. hi again, I see that those who vcommented like to give mor3e than recieve Hmm again traditional i think on the males part. However I feel better that some fellows do get spanked and enjoy it as I do. I also realy like to give and do appreciate the female bottom in any form of dress or undress -- just fabulous. the feelings of being abe to say Ok it is time to go OTK or go take your panties down NOW are great but hearing the same or somilar or just having ocur NOW quick and unannounced is pure fun. As I switch I like to get as well as give and I truly enjoy both. I am more a fan of erotic and therapeutic spankings than true punishement spankings. As for why...
There is an emotional aspect of relinquishing control that can be very therapeutic. As Gandalf points out, there is an endorphin release from getting a spanking that can be very relaxing. It isn't the pain, that I look for as a bottom, more the space in between and afterward. There is also something very- I don't know - reassurring or affirming or something like that -about having a woman enjoy spanking me and wanting to do it.
Giving is sort of the reciprocal. I find a woman's bottom very sexy, so there is that added benefit, but I also enjoy helping her find that place where there is the right level of release, whether it is sexual or just emotional. |
