Novelty Paddles, I found packed away in one of my toy cases. Many of you have seen or heard of the Board of Education/Correction...here are some more.

5" - Woman's Home Companion
6" - A Secretary's Delight
7" - For large girls, small cattle
8" - Home Wrecker Size
9" - For Bar Room Betting Only

These are fantastic, wish I could find some like them.

This is on the one I picked up in the Smokey Mountains,Tennesee last summer...

I found one in a souvenir shop at Silver Dollar City, near Branson, Missouri. it was made from 3/8" plywood, and was the standard shape of the typical novelty paddle found in such shops. It read:
FRONTIER TAIL BLAZER
Used by Old Men of the Trail to Break
Wild Horses and Stubborn Women
Of course, I bought one. Unfortunately, it met it's demise at the hands of my extremely Vanilla ex-wife, who tossed my entire toy collection while I was at work one day. OI didn't use 'em on her, or even try, for that matter. She just didn't want 'em in "her" house. 
Oh well... c'est la vie....
