Hello! I posted something similar to this in the Meet 'n Greet area, but since this place gets more traffic... I thought maybe I'd get more feedback here.
I'm looking for a good, beginner spanking video. I'm not trying to promote any particular company or website or anything, I'm just finally at a place in my life where I think I know how to proceed with exploring but I don't really know what to ask for (or who to ask) cause I'm not really sure what I want...
I spoke with a person who was into spanking about a year ago, though, and she said that sometimes there's a "voyeur" stage where you watch & learn. In her day, she actually had to go to clubs but she pointed out that now people can get this by renting videos. I am kicking myself for failing to ask her, at the time, which videos she was thinking of.
Bad, amasake! See, I'm forgetful and missed a clear opportunity and perhaps a spanking would teach me to pay more attention when someone's talking... ;-)
Can anyone recommend good solid --perhaps classic-- spanking videos for newbies just getting started? I'd like to see as much as there is, to know what-all people are doing, so I can firm up my fantasies and hopefully proceed to the next step.
Any advice would be MOST appreciated! Thank you very much! |

Amasake, I honestly can't think of a one that would be of help. All of the spanking videos I've encountered have been from commercial sites and I don't want to get into a situation where everyone is recommending their favorite video or site to buy from. I don't like to give free promotion to any commercial site. It's not fair to the people who pay for promotion. (You'll find links for those sites in the "More Spanking Sites" area but since I like to keep that out of our discussion area, I won't go into those here either.)
Also, since I have no idea what style of spanking you're interested in, it'd be hard to tell you where to begin looking. Your best bet may be to do an online search and see what you find that interests you.

re videos I am too cheap to buy videos given there is more free stuff on the net than I have time for now, but I do know that the "spanking video" industry markets very specific products to specific tastes and interests - which may not be your own! I suspect the search will be as enlightening as any material you will actually buy...
I think the first order of business when you are just starting is to explore your own interests - find out what does make you hot and what does not. One of the best ways to do that is to browse/read the fantasies and stories on this site - particularly the two "story" areas and also the "contest" area. This will give you a good idea of what aspects of spanking you are interested in then you can spread the search from there.
While we all here are into spanking in some fashion the range of what we do is pretty broad - from mildly swung feather dusters to flesh cutting whips, from strict discipline with no sexual content to the purely erotic.
As you go along your tastes may also change and evolve so think of it as a voyage rather than a destination.

Some other things to try are just a simple google search - try searching for spanking movie galleries as this will usually bring up a gallery which links to most of the major paysites and shows their sample videos.
Like other people have said it's good to know what makes you hot and what doesn't - you can start by looking at pictures. (This is probably better anyway - the first time i watched a spanking video i was a bit scared of it!!) Google is good for this as well. Try combinations of keywords - caning, spanking, red bottoms, etc. Just be aware you might find some questionable content, keep your finger on that "back" button :P
I also find it best to open links in a new window/tab when I'm exploring new websites as I get lost less easily that way and my favourites menu doesnt get clogged up with things I later decide I don't like. |

When I was a newbbie I found it much more useful to visit chat rooms and chat boards like these. The videos show fantasy more then real life. Lets face it if a stranger came up and spanked us like some of these movies show it is abusive and criminal. And before anyone jumps on me yes I do kno wthat some people like that tye of play. I am just voicing my opinion. Part of what I enjoy about the spanking relationship we share is it is mutually enjoyed. Even my punishment spankings are done for my betterment. They are done with love. |
