Much as I have been entertained by the exploits of all the charming, pretty and despicably naughty girls of this den- I have one serious concern- You all seem to be enjoying yourselves far too much! I fear discipline is not what it could be in your households, your tops are, it seems not putting any effort in. As for all this 'cuddling and holding' afterwards' I'm appalled. My Spankees are sent, after their walloping straight to stand in the corner of the room or to sit on the stair to consider their future conduct.
What chance of improvement can we expect. If you are all out there having "fun"?

Sorry Czechmate My husband doesn't do corners either. We don't always have snuggle time afterward either. But I can tell you that his spankings are VERY effective!!  |

Sorry Not a corner type of girl here ....I am WAY to old to be facing one . and really the punishment is done ..why beat a dead horse and drag it out? Kinda pointless for both of us.(In our Oppionion)
(and when punished by my hubby ...it is NOT the same as when he puts on the Dom, when its for just attitude its DOM time ....when its due to risking my health its hubby I can tell the difference ..when he is Dom its all work ..and then he leaves the room ...but Hubby does and then comforts ..to show WHY he did it and that he cares)

My husbadn does spank very hard and yes I do corner time but that only last a little while and than all the fuun takes over the hugging and kissing
Besides who say we really want to change behoavior for some of us getting spanked is soemthing we can't live without. I know if my butt does have attention in a while I get cranky.

Same here - great in play especailly depending on the r/p scenario but we don't use it is r/l - neither of us think it would do anything and for us, once the spanking is over, it's over and I am held - no need to spend time in corners... unless I am in a schoolgirl outfit and we're playing, that is, LOL...

We've done corner time a few times, but that's only in between spankings.. like, if I'm in a really bad mood and yelling, or something then I get one spanking followed by corner time, then another one.. but never if it's just one spanking, 'cause it's kinda pointless.. get the point across and be done with it..

that's how i feel - he has brought up the idea of corner time btw spankings but neither of us think it would do anything and personally, if I am getting spanked for discipline, I would rather just get it over with.

I have a friend who tries to point out to me that the point of corner time in a punishment spanking is the "standing in the corner before the spanking waiting for it" type of deal. |

When I've done corner time it's actually usually been separate from spanking. It is a punishment all to itself. My Dominant starts at half an hour and goes up from there. The longest I've ever been in the corner at one time was two hours. I'd definately rather have the spanking.

Tammynx and the other reluctant subs, as a spanker, I encourage you to try it once. The spankee should stand in the corner before punishmnet, she should as bare as possible. She should be aware that taking her head out of the corner or other looking around will result in immediate punishment.
