Hey Little Brat

(Sung to the tune of “Hey Johnny Cope”)
With apologies to Adam Skirving of East Lothian

A brat sent a challenge to her dom
My bottom can outlast your palm
And besides ye canna com’
And spank me in the morning

Now when the dom these words he read
He swore he’d bend her o’er the bed
And not leave off until she’s red
When he spanked her in the morning

Hey little brat are ye sleeping yet
Know ye’ll soon be weeping, pet
Dinna ye ken I can take a jet
And spank your bottom in the morning

He caught himself an evening flight
Hired a car and drove all night
Reached her town in the morning light
And he cam’ to her house in the morning

The dom he thought with wicked glee
Yon brat dinna ken I have a key
I’ll soon take her o’er my knee
And spank that brat in the morning

The dom he crept into her room
So dimly lit in the dawning gloam
And o’er his sleeping sub did loom
Then he bared her bottom in the morning

Hey little brat are ye sleeping yet
Know ye’ll soon be weeping, pet
Dinna ye ken I can take a jet
And spank your bottom in the morning

She wauk wi’ her bottom in the air
While at the carpet she did stare
And knew that her bottom would soon be sair
As he spanked his brat in the morning

I’ faith, said the brat, I have sic pain
I maun to the corner, that is plain
To sit, for a while, I’ll not be fain
‘cause ye spanked my bottom in the morning

Hey little brat are ye sleeping yet
Know ye’ll soon be weeping, pet
Dinna ye ken I can take a jet
And spank your bottom in the morning.
