Well this is my first attempt at writing a spanking story. It is really a work in progress so feedback is welcome! ENJOY
Rachel had been seeing Doctor Whitley for about a year now. She had been depressed for years and Dr. Whitley was one of many who had tried to treat her. She was not exactly a bad patient she was punctual and hardly ever missed a session. But she lacked self-discipline. During her sessions she was able to recognize her self-destructive behaviours but was never consistent in changing this behaviour. Very often she acted much younger than her 21 years.
Dr. Whitley had much regard for his young patient. She was attractive, intelligent and in many ways wise but she had this bratty girl persona that came out more often than not. He had tried every conventional method of treatment he could think of but nothing quite frankly could stop her from acting like a child.
The more comfortable Rachel got with the Doctor the more outbursts or tantrums she had. One this particular day she was trying to get the doctor to admit that her current loser boyfriend was in fact really good for her. “Rachel you are an intelligent young lady you can not possibly think that you are going to get me to admit something that I do not believe to be true just to please you?” said a frustrated Doctor Whitley. “It’s worked before” replied Rachel half under her breath. Doctor Whitley started to feel his anger; a patient had never frustrated him so much before! He took a deep breath and got himself under control while he thought of the best course of action. By this point Rachel realized she had crossed the line and started crying crocodile tears asking the Doctor very sweetly what was wrong with her? She knew that this was a way to manipulate but she didn’t think the Doctor could see through it. No one else ever had before or more truthfully no one had the guts to call her on it before. Unbenounced to Rachel the Doctor could see through all her falsehoods. He had come to know when her emotional outbursts were real and when she was being manipulative (which by the way was most of the time). While Rachel was attempting to gain the upper hand the Doctor had an epiphany. This was not a 21 year old woman sitting in his office but a spoilt little girl. “Stand up this instant young lady” said the Doctor in a very firm voice. Rachel was shocked she could not remember the last time someone had spoken to her like that. Dr. Whitley got up and stood directly in front of a frozen Rachel, “Hmm well I see this is going to have to be harder then it needs to be”, he said while pulling her up to a standing position by her ear. He gave a very firm spank directly to her posterior. “From now on you will follow my directions”. The Doctor commanded. The shock of the first spank had not worn off yet. Rachel had never had a real spanking before the idea had always appealed to her but she never thought it would hurt so much. She started to cry more out of anger (how dare he?) she started punching and kicking the air with a few blows hitting the good Doctor. Unfortunately for Rachel Doctor Whitley was one step ahead of her. He had already freed his belt and with the other arm he grabbed the hysterical “child”. “You have no right I am a grown woman who is paying to see you” Rachel screamed as she was placed over her psychiatrists lap. “Incorrect young lady like all spoilt brats you father pays for our sessions”. “Well he will sue you then” as if she was completely in control of the situation. “We shall see but I shall not have it discussed any further. You shall be receiving a very sound spanking on your bare bottom and if there is another word you shall get 6 strokes with my cane. Cane? Rachel had never noticed a cane before but as she suddenly scanned the room, there it was in the back corner. As she was thinking about the cane the first WACK came down on her backside with his belt. The pain almost took her breath away 1000 thoughts were racing through her head but the only thing she could think to do was scream. The doctor did not seem fazed by all the noise she was making. And reminded her rather mater of factually that his office was soundproof.

LOL I think everyone's asleep, Jessica, or they would comment. 
 But I'm up (been doing some work on the site), so here I am. It's a good story and I enjoyed it. I hope you post the next part very soon.
I have one little suggestion though. I noticed you had two shorter paragraphs followed by a longer one. It's easier on the reader's eyes if you break your stories into smaller paragraphs like those first two. This suggestion isn't just for you either, I just keep forgetting to mention it. 
 That said, it's a great contribution and I'm glad you posted it.
The work I was doing was adding new smilies, can you tell?

Great story! I bet there are a lot of therapists that wish they could use the spank treatment on some of their clients!!

Slc - I suspect that the good doctor has a lawyer who would strongly recommend against that particular method of treatment.  |

Ohhhh Jessica, This is my first day of commenting here - but I think your story has touched a realistic nerve - as a former school person who dealt with parents who were beligerant and manipulative} -- in any case your story is great made me smile just thinking of being the psychiatrist HMMM
