This is a carry over from my "breaking spanking" comments. I hope you like it.

The Rage glowed like a golden ball
Tear everything to pieces and rip them up small
Clench fists and screw eyes tight shut
Paste over the wound and ignore the cut

Feet struggling to grip, sliding in sand
Help me please just lend me a hand,
Nothing, so build it higher and wider, hold it all in
Just add another layer and make it a thicker skin.

Let me laugh but please let me cry, oh God this isn’t me
The sunny face, not the mess inside I don’t want you to see,
Help me please, just lend me a hand
I can see in your eyes that you understand.

Do what you can, or please, just do what you must
With no malice or thoughts unkind I give you my trust,
Please break down these walls and end this strife
Please break down these walls and give me back my life

My brain is on fire so intense is the pain
Eyes blur, oh God, again and again and again
My eyes are so wet I can’t even see
It’s cracking, it’s breaking, jeeeessssuuuus! I’m free.

I’m broken, I’m dying, it’s all falling out
There’s nothing left I’m empty nothing to doubt
You’re a pal, you’re a friend, I know it cost you dear heart
But thank you, oh thank you, for doing your part.

Your arms are tight round me please don’t let me go
Don’t let me return yet to the world that I know
I’m floating so gently so gently at peace
Thank you my friend for that glorious release

Holy cow that's amazing. Emotions are a very strong thing, and sometimes we let them control us. Or hold them in too long and eventually explode. I once thought of my emotions as a sink. If you kept filling this sink with emotions and don't drain it it'll overflow, spilling into the world around you. Emotions are the same way. If you hold them in long enough and keep adding to them you will eventually overflow.

Simply lovely. :-):-)
Did is a word of achievement, Won't is a word of retreat, Might is a word of bereavement, Can't is a word of defeat, Ought is a word of duty, Try is a word of each hour, Will is a word of beauty, Can is a word of power.
