I was recently married and would like to try domestic discipline. I know it may sound silly but can someone give me step-by-step instructions? Like Bare bottom? He spanks me with his hand first or a belt? I guess I am confused with how to start and when to spank. |

Hi Lanadom and welcome to the den  ...there are lots of threads here that could help you in your quest to try DD - also, there are some great website out there as well. I have been married for a long time, and over the last 3 years or so have we begun to use spanking for more then just erotic play. It takes time, lots of communication, and understanding. *BTW, if you are just starting out, you might want your hubby to use his hand first (before a belt) - and don't forget to have him "warm up" your bottom prior to more forceful spanks.

Hi Lanadom, welcome to the Den. Just take things easy at the beginning and go to where you want to go to. use a safe word too at least in the beginning. But most of all and most important , have fun togather.
All depends on how you feel and if your right or left handed

Hello Lanadom, My husband and I started DD about 2 months ago now. I did a search on the net and read a lot of things about it, If you email me I will let you know the addy, it is VERY informative. I had a big need (justified) for a punishment spanking and I ordered a very tough leather strap, after a long discussion , hubby put it to use and I got what I needed  I do not recommend this though, I usually am an impatient person and we both decided this was the best method. I have no regrets even though I had minor discomfort for about 4 days ;) I hope the DD lifestyle will be as rewarding for you and it is for us. Life is blissful!
