Ziggy, I don't know you, but I've enjoyed reading your posts, since I got here recently.

I used to participate in a few other message boards, and over time, I always found I got tired, or disgusted with some contacts, and just needed to stay away for a bit. A break isn't always a bad thing, but I found I missed some of the folks that I got close to online, and I usually returned after anywhere from a few weeks to a few months. There are some groups I never returned to, but this group looks pretty friendly so far.

I hope it's only a break, and you return to the fun soon.

Hi Ziggy. You said in another post that you're doing two jobs at the moment. That's enough to get anyone feeling down.

I'd echo what Ftop said above and hope you feel better soon. You'd be missed be all here (except maybe the Fire Dept).

All the best

2 jobs are difficult to handle, but I agree, take a day off and pamper yourself. I hope you are okay.

Or maybe you need a vacation. Start saving for an escape to an island or somewhere else. Everyday when you are feeling down just think about that vacation and how wonderful it is going to be. Then when you have enough money go! Don't worry about anything. If you have kids leave them with Grandma or a family friend. And leave any pets in the care of a neighbor. Take a week off from work and just chill and hang out. You will probably find this will greatly relax you. You may even try doing this every year. Good Luck!

Ziggy....I feel for you, if you are not getting enough sleep, it can wreak havoc in your life. You can suffer from emotional as well as physical ailments as a result. Do your best to take care of yourself first, as you will not be any good to anyone else if you dont. Remember you cant give what you dont have. Hopefully your hectic pace will not last too long and you can get the rest you need. Take Care.
