This is a message for all Wolfie's friends here at The Den.
She was taken into hospital in the early hours of Thursday morning and is now in intensive care with the next 24 hours being the most critical.
She is in, St. Vincents Hospital in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and there is a web site for that Hospital with all the phone numbers and there is even an on-line message that you can fill out and send it. It will be printed by the hospital and personally delivered to the patient by volunteers.
Here is the web site: www.stvincents.org From the home page go to visitors page and then at the bottom of that page there is a button “Send a Greeting” and it will be delivered to her. I think she would greatly love to receive any correspondence from you that you are able to send.
In anyone would like any further information please pm me.

I have a message from one of her nurses to say she is ok. Unfortunately it was on my voicemail so l didn't get a chance to ask any questions but at least it means she isn't sedated now so thats got to be a good sign.
Hopefully I'll get to talk to someone when its daytime in your country

Hi to you all.
I'm VERY pleased to say Wolfie has been released from the hospital today. She is very weak and will need constant care for a while to come but baring accidents she should be well on the way to a full recovery .

Hi everyone!
I just wanted to stop by to say hello and thank you for all the well wishes. Being in the hospital like this was very scary for me, as Ive never been quite so sick before. I had blood clots in both lungs, but Im happy to say they have dissolved them and now I am on the slow and painful road to recovery. 
To those folks from here who sent me e-mails...bless you, you made me smile many times when I was in a bad way. I really appreciated your sentiments, more than I can possibly tell you. I know we'll be talking more asap. 
Im sure I'll be around more when Im feeling stronger. For now everything is being done in baby steps. Take care all, and I'm glad to be back.

Thank you Pinky, I am trying to take things slow and just get better. Each day is a little easier than the one before. By next week I may be able to walk to my mailbox and back...yiiiipppppeeeeee! 
Ive been threatened with so many spankings if I dont take it easy that I cant keep count!

Reader girl, Im just the impatient sort. Im fiercely independent, and hate having to ask others to do things for me. And I want to be better NOW! 
Im very lucky in that Naughtynature has come to visit me from Canada, and keeps a close watch on all of my activities. She's a great nurse and is making sure I dont overdo.
I had earned a few GG's before my hospitalization, but Im afraid scaring Steve to death may have cancelled them out. I'll just have to wait on his decision this fall.

Wolfie, I'm glad to see you back! Being in the hospital SUCKS and it's SCARY! I had emergency surgery a few years back and was in the hospital for 6 days & a dear friend took care of me for 10 days after. I remember barely being able to get up let alone walk to the mailbox.
Take it easy, and get well!
Some day you'll spank me... er thank me for this!

Thanks Bethie, Im taking things easy....mostly because I have little choice. My body wants to recuperate at its own pace, which right now resembles a snail. 
My nurse has returned home and Im on my own finally. Its nice to feel independent, but I miss her company.
I get a little stronger each day and Im thankful just to be alive.

Wolfie I have been away from the Den. So sorry to hear of your hospitalization. I am sooooooooo glad you are back to home and becoming stronger everyday. I will keep you in my prayers..
