In a relationship of at least 10 years, how have the rules changed and how are major decisions made. |

Honestly, Chuck, people do change over time and so do their activities and views. Life events lead to change. I am in a 25+ year relationship and there have been modifications needed at each cross road.
In our case, there are times where the fetish world in out of the question for a while. There is not always a choice when health concerns arise or family issues become the more important objective.
No matter if we are currently living the live-style or not, all major decisions are joint. We are both adults, share expenses and need to both pull our fair share of the workload. That only seems fair in my opinion, and I could not stay in a long term relationship, if that were not the case.
Real rules have to do with common sense and safety. We have "played" otherwise, but that is all it is....play.

Ms. Fanny Your comment was mature, controlled and of course right on. I understand you are in a serious state of mind. I was hoping to get a more “feisty” reply.
I understand time brings many changes and we all evolve and have to deal with health, family, work and relationship issues. |
