Of course you get to choose Fanny, your the one paying after all. Suppose you werent spanked at home, were too shy to go to parties or clubs...but were dying to find out if spanking were as exciting/fulfilling as you'd always hoped? Would you be willing to hire a ProDom, an experienced man with great references, to initiate you into spanking?

But to answer the question I sort of like the surprise that comes with not being able to decide and dictate the spanking.
Would I pay for a spanking by a professional. I'm not sure as here in the US I don't think it would be an issue. I'm betting I could find someone to spank me if the need ever arose which I am sure it won't. But if I wanted to experience a one time professional spanker - it would be more than just the spanking, evening out, leading to a memorable spanking, playful and mock discipline perhaps. I'm assuming without sex as I could not do that, I'd pay maybe $50.00 to $75.00 for the entire evening. There has to be the build up to it also. Sort of like the cost associated to going out to any event. I would not want just a spanking.
Just my random thoughts.
The Spice of Life is having my OWN WAY!! A spanking would be nice.

OK- Adding my 2 cents worth here. I think most of you know that I'm still ACTIVELY looking for a man for a spanking/life relationship, and I think I can better answer this question.Yes, If I had never ever been with someone who spanked me, I would pay someone- As far as the type, I think most of us newbies have no real idea exactly what we want, because we haven't experienced the differences between a sensual vs strict vs fun spanking. I'm running into this now, as I explore the "scene" deeper. I've met several very experienced Doms...The things these men know about how a subbie/spanko reacts blows my mind. But I think it should be said- I think all of us gals are looking for the same thing- A man who loves us, who is exclusively "ours", who can and will play with a sense of what is best for "US"- HeadTeddy and Dan are perfect examples. You are both very good at what you do, though in a larger sense, it's because you love your women, and they love you. Spanking with someone who you don't have an emotional connection with is the same as sex with someone you don't love- It might feel good at the time, but it's soooo much nicer if you love the person.Just my opinion.  |

Thanks for the kind words. I think a large part of the success TD and I have and I'm sure other couples have is because of the very deep emotional connection. The play/punishment dynamic is tightly integrated into the fabric of our relationship. It is one way we show and reinforce our love. It is not the only way.
In my days working as an auxilary police officer in Miami I met a thousand dollar an hour hooker. She was extremely skilled, very empathetic and could make evry man think they connected with her. My guess is that there are probably some paid people in the scene who have reached that level of ersatzempathy. It's still not real emotion but for many who don't have anyone to meet that need at the time its fine.
My guess is that if we look hard enough and don't settle we all can find someoneone who we can love and will love us back in the way we want. Ladies--don't settle.
I am blessed beracuse of TD and the other women in my life are all very giving by nature. Thats what makes this aspect of relationships so satisfying when it works-it is always involves a very deep level of communication/connection.

I dont think of it as settling. If you want/need to be spanked and the only way you can be is by paying a proDom to do so...I think it would be worth the money.
Teddy, I've been out there for a very long time waiting for Mr. Right to come along. Until I met Steve I thought it would never happen. For 45 years I wondered what it would be like to be spanked...and spanked well by a gentle and caring person. If I had known how to find a man who would do this for me, I would have been happy to let him. But the ads you see in the personals are scary, and are usually all about discipline and being punished. I have considered it for myself. I try to always be honest so I feel I should share that.
But I too am scared off by ads. Afraid mainly of the personal ad person actually being a criminal. I don't mean to be in anyway judgemental. Hell a friend met her husband on line & they are still happily married.
I have had experiences in my life that make me very very causios (sp?) when it comes to meeting people. Each relationship I have had in my life has been with people I was introduced to by close friends.
